All sales are final. Due to the nature of custom electric kits and components, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We do not accept returns based on buyer error, compatibility issues, or change of mind. Please confirm all specifications (battery voltage, tire size, compatibility, etc.) before ordering
