Product Use & Risk
By using any product sold through our store, you acknowledge and agree that electric motors, lithium batteries, and related components carry inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, fire, property damage, or death. These products are powerful and must be handled with care.

 

 


Triple L Ventures LLC is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss that results from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Customer Responsibility

You, the buyer, are fully responsible for:


  • Knowing how to safely install and use the products
  • Ensuring compatibility with your setup
  • Following local laws and regulations in your area (especially for street use, wattage limits, or registration requirements)


International Orders

Buyers outside of the United States (including UAE) are responsible for:


  • All import taxes, duties, and fees
  • Understanding local customs laws
  • Accepting the risk of delays or rejections by customs
    Triple L Ventures LLC is not liable for failed deliveries caused by international shipping restrictions or local law violations.


Returns & Refunds



All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Triple L Ventures LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

Legal Jurisdiction

By purchasing from this website, you agree that all legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes must be handled exclusively in U.S. courts under California jurisdiction.
